All of feelingteees.com E-Shirts are exclusive and sole property of Owner/Designer, Sherron Ingram Productions, and shall not be considered specially ordered for customer as a work made for hire, nor will the Owner/Seller assign hers, title, or interest in the material to customer(s). Sherron Ingram Productions own all rights, title and design of feelingteees.com material on her website, including but not limit to all versions of all negatives, prints, paintings, artwork, sketches, drawings or mechanical layouts or graphics of the material produced, developed or fabricated for use of customers benefit or profit. Sherron Ingram Productions of feelingteees.com obtain the rights to exclusive reproductions throughout the world with name credit if so desired for advertising, trade, charity or any other lawful purpose. As well as, have exclusive rights to altar, retouch, crop or secure extensions and renewals of said copyright, patents and trademarks.

All of feelingteees material shall be to customerís complete satisfaction and if not he/she shall be entitled to return material (see return policy clause). Sherron Ingram Productions shall have the right to terminate this agreement in the event customer fails to make full payment due pursuant to this agreement, which in turn evoke Owner/Seller to bring suit against said customer for breach of contract. Upon completion of your order Owner/Seller request permission of customer's necessary information to complete each order, i.e., Name, Address, (email) and Credit Card information and give approval of this agreement. It is the understanding of all parties involved in each visit to this website that they agree to not intentionally or accidentally destroy, damage, altar, modify or change the design in any way or format. Sherron Ingram Productions, (Owner/Seller) agree to in no way shape, form or fashion violate customerís rights of privacy with the personal information that feelingteees.com may possess. It is noted and received that once the order is completed, the customer is free and has full right to enter into this agreement and perform all obligations herein at will as said feelingteees.com Terms & Conditions.

RETURNS. CANCELATIONS. DAMAGE GOODS

RETURNS:
There are "NO" returns on our products. All sales are final. However, if we (Sherron Ingram Productions) sent out an incorrect order to the customer, i.e.; wrong WORD or Size, we will receive the returned item without any cost to you within a 72 hour period starting from the time you get the package. In the event the customer DO NOT notify us of the error within this time frame the order will not be honored.

CANCELLATIONS:
Are accepted within a 24 hour period once your order is placed. We hesitate to ship orders out for this reason. Once this time has elapsed your order is processed. Please allow up to five (5) to eight (8) business days for delivery. Depending on your zip-code and stock availability will determine how quickly we can execute your order. If you DO NOT cancel within this time frame this order will be null in void.

DAMAGE GOODS:
All of our shirts are brand new. They embody a clean, classy and conservative look to appeal to men and women. The E-Shirts are all individually inspected for flaws and any other imperfections before they are available to sell. If any of these defeats are detected they are immediately discarded from our stock. If by chance a customer receive a damage or defected E-Shirt please contact us immediately by phone or email. Your order would take special priority and we will send you out a new shirt at no cost to you. If the damage occur by the delivery company, again donít hesitate to contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of the package and we will send you another E-Shirt at no additional cost. However, if the compliant comes in after this dead line above, you (the customer) will have to cover the shipping and handling expenses.
