A). What methods of payments do you receive?
Credit Cards via Paypal online. Cash or Checks only in person.

B). Can you add more than one Word on the sleeve?
No. The shirt is designed to express your emotion in one (1) Word.

C). Are you open to suggestions for additional Words to be added to the catalog?
Always, as long as they are positive emotions, expressed in a single "Words".

D). When will your "Words" catalog expand?
It is always expanding, but it does depend on the publics demand.

E). Do all the E-Shirts "Words" come in the form of one'ås emotions?
Yes! The emotion must be positive, uplifting and/or desired and what one believes. That is the premise of the shirt.

F). What do the 3 E's stand for?
Enlightenment and Empowerment Entertainment

G). Why are they called E-Shirts?
Because of what the 3E's stand for. To Enlighten Others and Empower Yourself. They make a true fashion statement and, it's uniqueness set it apart from the common tees.

H). Why are the "Words" on the right sleeve as opposed to the left?
It signifies a spiritual connection in accordance with the "right hand of God". It represent honor and respect when we salute, shake hands, swear with right hand up, as well as place over chess to pleague.

I). Do you carry other colors than white?
No. However, it is under consideration.

J). Can customer have "Words" placed in any other location on shirt?
No. Because it would violate the integrity of the original design. It's derived from the concept "you wear your heart on your sleeve."

K). Do you carry children sizes or a baby line?
No. However, TBD for future consideration.

L). Who are your service carriers?
USPS, UPS or DHL

M). Do you ship International packages?
We will ship any where in the world providing all info. is correct & clear.

N). What brand name shirts do you use?
Gildan & Anvil and Post.

O). Can E-Shirts be ordered without the signature on the back?
No. The designer's name is an integral part of design.

P). When will my order ship once it is placed?
Within a 24 hour period if it is in stock. If not, please allow 7-10 business days to arrive, depending on your order, location and zip-code. We will contact you in the event we cannot meet this deadline.

Q). When will you have "V-Neck", E-Shirts to sell?
T.B.D.

R). Do you carry "lady" E-Shirts, as well?
Not yet. T.B.D. These Teees are unisex. Looks great on men & women.

S). Can I request a "words" that is not in your catalog?
That is considered a special order, which will increase your cost as well as extend the delivery date and time frame.

T). Do you sell the triple X-long or Tall style tees?
No. (same as above.)

U). Does Sherron Ingram Productions offer any other products for sell?
Not yet. However other products such as artwork, original music and poetry are being considered. View the music page to hear a sample of my music in my reportoir.

V). Can these E-Shirts be ordered directly by phone or only email request?
Either way! See the Order E-Shirt page or the contact page for the information required to place your order.

W). Do you carry a line for family reunions, businesses or special events?
No. These shirts are simply designed to promote you, your feelings and/or your beliefs. They do not represent anyone's place of business, private function or thing(s). They are a representation of one's personal emotion and heart felt feelings.

X). What are your return, cancel or damage good policy?

Z). Are your E-Shirts spiritually based on any particular religious theme?
Yes & No. They were created by my own spiritual awakening. However, not guided by any special Religious doctrine. They are designed to Enlighten, Empower & Entertain via positive Emotions worn on the sleeve. They are Triple E's Shirts.
